At Trash Can Dudes, we strive to provide a reliable, high-quality exterior clean. Because we operate a service-based business, we enforce a strict policy regarding completed work and recurring billing.
1. Service Completion & No-Refund Rule
No Refunds for Completed Work: Once a trash bin has been pressure washed, sanitized, and serviced by our team, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Service Standards: Because we use cold-water equipment, we promise a thorough removal of organic buildup and standard household waste. We do not issue partial or full refunds for pre-existing plastic stains, discoloration, or permanent chemical markers that high-pressure cold water cannot clean.
2. Subscription Cancellations & Notice Period
Cancel Anytime with Notice: We do not lock our clients into long-term contracts. If you are enrolled in a recurring package, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
The 10-Day Rule: To successfully halt a recurring charge, your cancellation request must be received at least ten (10) days before your next automatic billing date. Because our website platform processes recurring payments automatically, we cannot stop or reverse a transaction once the billing cycle begins.
No Refunds Once Paid: Once an automatic subscription payment is processed and paid, no refunds will be granted. Your service will remain active, and we will wash your bins for that final paid cycle, after which your account will be permanently closed.
Cancellation Methods: You may submit your 10-day notice via any of the following three official channels:
- Online Account: Log into your customer dashboard at trashcandudes.com and click "Cancel Subscription."

3. Missed Services & Skipped Weeks
If our technician arrives at your Draper residence on your scheduled garbage day and your bins are missing, locked away, or still full of un-dumped household garbage, we cannot perform the service. In these events, no refund or account credit will be issued, as a technician was actively dispatched and water/fuel resources were utilized.
4. Policy Modifications
Trash Can Dudes reserves the right to modify, adjust, or change this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time to comply with Utah state consumer guidelines or operational adjustments.
